Who We Are!

We are a family owned and operated company offering discount bridal gowns on the internet since 1999. To ensure quality service and products, we, the owners, are involved in every step of your purchase.

We are a full service e-commerce bridal store catering only to our internet savvy brides. We have serviced thousands of happy brides and we hope to meet all your needs. We are committed to making sure you are satisfied with our service and products from beginning to end.

How are we different from other online bridal shops?

We are not an extension of a retail shop, discount broker or buying service. Our gowns are all brand new and in stock.

Most sites offer a “brokerage” service. Brokerage services ordered your gown from the manufacturer after you purchased it. It normally takes 3-6 months for them to have your gown made overseas and delivered.

Our gowns are all in stock. Your gown will be shipped approximately 48 hours after your order has been confirmed (M-F). There is no need to wait 3-6 months for your gown to be made and shipped from overseas.

We do not use magazine photos of couture gowns and “custom” make knock offs. The pictures we show on our site are of the actual gown you will receive. Simply put, what you see is exactly what you will get. We show detailed photos of each gown. Every gown features at least 5, sometimes up to 12 photos.

How are we different from a bricks and mortar bridal shop?

Brick and mortar stores incur a ton of overhead costs. They pay very high retail store front, employ sales people to service every bride who walks through the door, and they also must incur loss from sample inventory and try on.

Being an internet based company; we are able to elude most of those costs. This allows us to pass the savings onto our brides.

Our promise to you

Your gown will be delivered in a timely manner (please refer to the shipping section for details). The gown you receive will be brand new, without flaws or it will be replaced immediately.
